All owners are asked to submit an Intent to Reserve directly through the Vacatia Clubhouse portal at vacatia.com/clubhouse.
Our front desk team is available to assist with navigating the Vacatia Clubhouse portal if needed. Please note that staff cannot make or confirm reservations by phone, email, or in person.

Accounting & Payment Information
Arroyo Roble Resort no longer maintains an on-site accounting department. Owners may continue to email accounting@arroyoroble.com. The mailbox is monitored by our off-site accounting team, and inquiries will be responded to as promptly as possible.
For maintenance fee payments, we encourage owners to use the online payment option available through the Clubhouse Portal to help avoid processing delays.
Please Note: Credit card payments made through the online payment portal are subject to a processing fee.
