February 1, 2024 = $1060.00 + $21.20 (mandatory late fee) = $1081.20 per interval
March 1, 2024 = $1060.00 + $21.20 (Feb late fee) + $21.62 (Mar late fee) = $1,102.82 per interval
April 1, 2024 = $1060.00 + $21.20 (Feb late fee) + $21.62 (Mar late fee) + $22.06 (Apr late fee) =
$ 1,124.88 per interval.
