2025 Maintenance Fees and Special Assessments are due by January 25, 2025! You will not be able to make reservations if not paid in full.
Online Access – 2025 Maintenance Fee – Due by January 25, 2025
2025 Maintenance Fee is $1120.00 per interval as set by the Board of Directors.
If you have not paid your Special Assessment in full, the 2nd installment of $325.00 is due at this time. Please add the $325.00 per interval to your Maintenance Fee for a total of $1445.00 per interval.
Mandatory late fees apply after January 25, 2025.
Amount Due per unpaid interval after January 25, 2025: For Example see below:
February 1, 2025 = $1120.00 + $21.20 (mandatory late fee) = $1141.20 per interval
March 1, 2024 = $1120.00 + $21.20 (Feb late fee) + $21.62 (Mar late fee) = $1,162.82 per interval
April 1, 2024 = $1120.00 + $21.20 (Feb late fee) + $21.62 (Mar late fee) + $22.06 (Apr late fee) =
$ 1,184.88 per interval.
The 2025 Maintenance Fee per interval is $1120.00. Click on the following link to make a direct payment to our bank. You may also send a personal check to the resort at: Arroyo Roble Resort, PO Box 2264, Sedona, Arizona 86336. Please be sure to include your interval number.
E-Check and Fee Based Credit Card Online Payment
Use PAY NOW for a one-time payment option. If you register on the site, there is no E-Check fee. If you do not register, there is a $2.25 per E-Check fee.
You will need the following information:
- 100 Arroyo Roble Road, Sedona, AZ 86336
- Management ID = 1070
- Association ID = 1
- Property/Account # = your Interval Number
If you are paying for more than one interval, use only one of your interval numbers. The dollar amount should be the total of the number of intervals times $1,120.00. (EXAMPLE; 2 Intervals x $1,120.00= $2,240.00; 3 Intervals x $1,120.00 = $3,360.00 etc.)
