Dear Arroyo Roble Owners:

As owners have begun to receive their election packets, we understand some of you have

questions. While we develop a more in-depth response to your questions, we want you to know

that we are working with the third-party service provider to make sure they correct some

anomalies on the election site.

Please note: There is a proxy section — so that we can hold a meeting — in addition to the

election ballot. You have three choices in the proxy section:

Cast your ballot as outlined below

Elect to have the secretary vote on your behalf

Have your proxy used for voting purposes only

The third party has a standard process for proxy ballots that have conflicting selections. If you

take the time to vote for candidates, that will supersede a proxy selection.

The above applies to both electronic submissions and those mailed in to the third party via the

envelope enclosed in your election packet.
